This Diet plan will help you to reduce the number of calories you consume and weight loss at least 5kg within a week. But you have to honest with yourself. Day 5

  • In the 5th day you can have only Meat, fish or Soybean foods and Tomatoes.

  • But you must eat five tomatoes during the day.

Day 6

  • In the 6th day you can have both vegetables and meat.
  • Better to have law fat meat like chicken.
  • Now all the fats in the body is breakdown and we just need to remove them from the body.

Day 7

  • Today you can have a cup of Red Rice, Fruit and vegetables.
